How each integration works

Every sale, payout and plan. One set of numbers.

An analyst that shows its work

Optional and off by default. Goodrun calculates the numbers; AI only explains them, and every claim links to its source.

From a raw report to your next move.

Goodrun follows the way studios actually make commercial calls, from the first import to a measured result.

Walk through the demo
  1. 01Bring in your data

Import storefront reports with a preview, validation and duplicate checks. Every figure keeps its source.

  2. 02See your money

Earned revenue and expected receipts, with estimated and confirmed amounts kept apart.

  3. 03Find what changed

Drill from a headline change to the regions, products and prices behind it.

  4. 04Decide and assign

Turn a finding into an owned action with a deadline, an expected downside and a success measure.

  5. 05Measure, then repeat

Compare the outcome with the plan, and carry what you learned into the next one.

Numbers you can plan around.

No vanity metrics. These are the commitments Goodrun makes to every studio.

Your numbers. Your rules.

Commercially sensitive data deserves more than a shared table. How Goodrun handles your data

Your data stays yours.

Each organization’s figures live in their own database. Give teammates the role they need, limit them to the games they work on, and export everything on every plan.

  • Separate database per organization
  • Owner, admin, editor and viewer roles
  • Export on every plan

AI on your terms.

Off by default, and every financial feature works without it. Goodrun sends your data to no AI provider: when you turn it on, your own agent reads calculated figures through read-only tools, and nothing changes a price, a spend or a storefront without explicit human approval.

  • Figures calculated by code first
  • Every claim traced or labelled a hypothesis
  • Human approval for every change

FAQ

Questions studios ask

Data, storefronts and what is available today.

Which storefronts connect automatically?

Automatic connections are live for Steam. You can import storefront reports for Steam, Epic Games Store, itch.io with column mapping and a preview before anything is saved. See the integrations page for each storefront's status. We do not automate portal sessions or rely on private endpoints.

Does Goodrun use AI on my numbers?

AI analysis is in beta and off by default. Financial figures are always calculated by deterministic code first. Goodrun does not send your data to an AI provider. When an owner or admin turns AI agents on, members can connect an agent their organization chooses, which reads those figures through read-only, permission-checked tools; any number it cannot trace to a calculation is removed. Every financial feature works without AI, and AI never changes prices, spend or storefront settings. Your data is not used for cross-customer benchmarks or model training without a separate, explicit agreement.

How reliable are payout estimates?

They are planning estimates built from the reports you import and the assumptions you can see and edit. Estimated and storefront-reported amounts stay separate. Goodrun does not guarantee arrival dates or amounts, and sales proceeds are not the same as profit or available cash. Goodrun never holds, sends or receives money: storefronts pay you directly.
